I was referred to Matt with Shasta Development to help with an entire home remodel here in Sarasota. After I had the cement slab cut open, Matt came in and re-engineered the entire drain system. He then ran all new supply lines, and overcame some obstacles and challenges that an old house presents. Patience and experience were the keys to this remodel, and Matt handled everything surgically and quickly. I believe to find a competent contractor such as Matt with Shasta Development saved me money in the long run, and to get a perfect job on top, is peace of mind that we will always be thankful for.
